Delivery Service

Our delivery time is Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

Orders will not be processed and shipped on weekends and public holidays, but you can still place orders on the website or online store as usual, and orders will be processed and shipped from the next working day.

Local SF Express - SF Station / SF Locker / Business Address / Residential Address (Residential Additional Charge)

The free shipping offer is only applicable to orders over  HK$1000  in a single shipment. If the customer needs to send it separately, the additional shipping fee will be paid by the customer in the form of collect.

Delivery time: Generally delivered within  3 working days after shipment, up to a week or more. However, if the pickup point is not well located, additional time may be required.

In case of any dispute, Lightisure reserves the right of final decision.
