Return Policy
Currently, we only handle exchanges for
defective products and for orders where the wrong item was shipped. If you
receive a new product that is defective or damaged, please contact LIGHTISURE

working days and provide a complete description along with corresponding photos
and videos. Our customer service staff will contact the manufacturer within 7
working days, confirm the defect, and assist with the exchange process.
When exchanging, please use the original
packaging box to properly package the product you wish to exchange for defects.
If the original box is lost, please use another intact box for packaging. Do
not paste or write directly on the original manufacturer's packaging. After
receiving the original product, a new product will be delivered to your
specified location within 7 working days. (Only accepts delivery to regions
listed in the local delivery list)
Return/Refund Process
This website does not offer refunds.
Important Notes
We remind you that we cannot accept product
returns or exchanges under any of the following conditions:
Applications submitted after 3 working days
have passed (calculated from the date the package is received, based on the
courier's signing date).
Orders are not submitted through this
website’s order system.
Products purchased through other channels.
Returns did not include gifts with the
shipment.
Shipping Policy
SF Express/Counior delivers our store's

The delivery time will be calculated based
on the items you selected in your order and the shipping time of the relevant

Our store's shipping times are Monday to
Friday (excluding public holidays). Excluding weekends and public holidays. You
can still purchase on weekends or public holidays.
