Lightisure Return & Exchange Policy

General Terms

All Lightisure products are inspected before shipment. If you receive an item with serious defects or that does not match your order, please contact us within 3 working days from the date of receipt.

We only offer exchanges for products with manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered. Cash refunds are not available.

Eligible Cases for Exchange

The received item is completely different from the ordered style/colour; or

The item has obvious manufacturing defects (e.g., visible damage, serious stitching issues, a zipper that does not function properly, etc.).

Cases Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Requests submitted after the 3-working-day period from the date of receipt;

Requests based on personal preference (for example: colour not as expected, size not suitable);

Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or storage;

Items that have been clearly used, stained, missing accessories, or not returned in original and complete packaging.

Application Procedure

Within 3 working days of receiving the item, please contact us via your order page or our customer service channels, and provide:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Clear photos or short videos showing the problem
We will conduct an initial assessment within approximately 7 working days after receiving complete information and will inform you of the result and further arrangements by email or message.

Exchange Arrangement

If the case is confirmed as an eligible defect or incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange for the same item or another item of equivalent value.

Please pack the item securely for return. We recommend using the original carton or a sturdy box and avoiding attaching shipping labels or writing directly on the original product packaging.

Unless otherwise specified, the arrangement of return shipping costs will be discussed and agreed with you on a case-by-case basis.

Lightisure reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. In case of any dispute, Lightisure reserves the right of final decision.
