Our store has a "Return and Exchange
Purchase Guarantee" to provide the best guarantee to consumers. If the
customer finds a problem with the product and needs to return it within 7 days
after receiving the product, you can select the relevant order in the
"Order History" and click "Report Product Problem" to deal
with the problem or missing product. Each shopping receipt is limited to one
exchange, but no refunds are available. Calls for information are available.
The following situations will not be
subject to exchange processing arrangements:
1. The product has been opened or used (for
example, the packaging tape or box has been torn off).
2. The goods are poorly packaged, damaged,
or incomplete.
3. Any discounted item, clearance item, or
sale item that shows no return.
4. Any freebies, accessories, and
trial-size gifts.
5. Failure to present the product sales
list or the shopping receipt has been exchanged once.
Before returning, we must check and verify
the return. If we find that the situation does not meet the above return rules,
all returns will not be returned. Upon return, the customer will bear shipping
and handling charges (if any) for the original order; sorry for the
inconvenience. If you return the product with promotional gifts or special
purchase products, etc., you must also return the product. Otherwise, the
return will not be processed. If it is found that the returned product does not
meet the company's return terms, it will not be processed. We apologize for the
inconvenience.
